Abstract
Alcohol withdrawal syndrome is life-threatening but can be managed effectively with medication. However, it can be difficult to access alcohol withdrawal management services, which are only available at specialized treatment centres. Although telemedicine-based interventions promise to expand treatment access, there are no validated telemedicine-based interventions for alcohol withdrawal management. This pilot study examines the feasibility of delivering symptom-triggered alcohol withdrawal management via telemedicine. Thirty patients with AUD underwent three days of symptom-triggered withdrawal management delivered over a telemedicine platform using an adapted version of the Clinical Institute Withdrawal Assessment for Alcohol Scale, Revised. 93.3% of participants completed treatment with no participants requiring transfer to a higher level of care. Peak withdrawal severity decreased with each day of treatment. Patient satisfaction was high for both the treatment program and telemedicine platform. This study provides preliminary evidence that symptom-triggered alcohol withdrawal management via telemedicine is both feasible and satisfactory for patients.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
