En este trabajo se consolida la información hallada durante los recorridos, inspecciones y pruebas realizadas en las instalaciones eléctricas que pertenecen a la infraestructura del Campus de la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, ubicada en el municipio de Cajicá (Cundinamarca). Su objetivo principal es presentar el inventario real de los activos eléctricos del Campus, sintetizar su estado actual y brindar un diagnóstico de las subestaciones de media tensión, la red de acometidas principales de baja tensión, el alumbrado exterior y los equipos especiales. Asimismo, se presentan recomendaciones y se plantean posibles soluciones a los problemas detectados. Estos hallazgos, aunque no graves por el momento, podrían llevar a riesgos eléctricos en un futuro y al incumplimiento, tanto de la norma, como de las recomendaciones de los fabricantes de los equipos existentes.
