Abstract
El presente trabajo de grado estuvo encaminado a analizar el nivel de cultura financieraen que se encuentran los estudiantes de pregrado de Gestión y Administración Financiera en laInstitución Universitaria Colegio Mayor del Cauca, para ello en primer lugar se llevó a cabo unainvestigación teórica con el fin de identificar los conceptos básicos y las teorías que permitieranfundamentar la pregunta de investigación planteada en este estudio ¿Cuál es el nivel de culturafinanciera en estudiantes de pregrado de Gestión y Administración Financiera en la InstituciónUniversitaria Colegio Mayor del Cauca?, entre estos conceptos se encuentra la cultura financiera,educación financiera, hábitos financieros, alfabetización financiera, finanzas personales,presupuesto, presupuesto personal, ahorro, inversión, créditos, riesgos, deuda, conocimientosfinancieros, comportamiento del consumidor, teoría de la elección racional e inteligenciafinanciera.
