Abstract
Resumen: En la presente investigación se realiza un plan de negocio para la creación de una empresa dedicada al peritaje automotriz en la ciudad de Medellín; Lo cual Implica todo un análisis económico-financiero, Jurídico-legal, metodológico y estratégico de la organización, con el fin de conocer paso a paso lo requerido para hacer parte del mercado automotriz. Se explican detalladamente procesos, técnicas y controles para cumplir con la estructura del plan de negocio, involucrando técnicas de actuación y diagnóstico pericial del vehículo al cual se desea conocer su estado para futuras negociaciones o reclamaciones realizadas por las partes interesadas.
