Abstract
Resumen: El presente trabajo de grado, es un proyecto de marca de ropa femenina llamada Shalom, la empresa Shalom surge de una necesidad y de un deseo insatisfecho por parte de mujeres que practican la religión cristiana, Por medio de una investigación a través de encuestas se logra determinar que la mujer cristiana no encontraba satisfacer sus expectativas a la hora de adquirir prendas con diseño moderno y estilos propios adecuadas para sus creencias, y se determinó su agrado y aceptación con la idea de un almacén lleno de diseño, prestigio, calidad e innovación dispuesto a ofrecerles prendas fuera de serie, acorde a su edad y figura, a pesar de que en Pasto se encuentran almacenes para mujeres cristianas no se encontró evidencia de lugares o almacenes en donde sus consumidoras logren encontrar lo que en realidad buscan y terminen su compra totalmente satisfechas por la presentación de la prenda desde su diseño y calidad, además, por el buen servicio que se está dispuesto a brindarles las asesoras y vendedoras.
