Abstract
La dernière évaluation de l’état des stocks de saumon atlantique pour la région du Golfe de Pêches et Océans Canada (MPO) a été réalisée après l’année de montaison 2013 (MPO 2014) et des mises à jour sur l’état des stocks de 2014 à 2019 pour chacune des quatre zones de pêche du saumon (ZPS 15 à 18) ont été préparées (MPO 2015a; 2015b, 2016, 2017, 2018a, 2019, 2020). La Direction générale de la gestion des écosystèmes et des pêches (GEP) a demandé une mise à jour de l’état des stocks de saumon atlantique dans la région du Golfe du MPO pour 2020 et 2021. Les indicateurs pour le saumon atlantique adulte et juvénile dans les zones de pêche du saumon (ZPS) 15 à 18 sont fournis dans le présent rapport. La présente réponse des Sciences découle du processus de réponse des Sciences du 22 février 2022 sur la mise à jour des indicateurs du saumon atlantique jusqu’en 2021 pour les zones de pêche au saumon 15 à 18, MPO Région du Golfe.
