Abstract
La présente réponse des Sciences découle de l’examen par les pairs régional du 1er mars 2023 sur l’évaluation des indicateurs de stock de saumon atlantique SFA 15-18. Le dernier avis scientifique détaillant l’évaluation de l’état des stocks de saumon atlantique (Salmo salar) dans la région du Golfe de Pêches et Océans Canada (MPO) a été publié après l’année de montaison 2013 (MPO 2014). Depuis 2014, des mises à jour de l’état des stocks de saumon atlantique dans la région sont publiées chaque année ou tous les deux ans (MPO 2022a). Les indicateurs d’abondance du saumon atlantique adulte et juvénile dans les zones de pêche du saumon (ZPS) 15 à 18 pour 2022 sont fournis dans ce rapport en réponse à une demande du Secteur de la gestion des pêches et des ports (GPP).
