Abstract
Le développement international et la pénétration de nouveaux marchés préoccupent les entreprises et notamment les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME). Les processus d'internationalisation constituent parallèlement un champ de recherche privilégié dans la littérature en management international (MI). Dans la lignée de ces travaux, l'objectif de cette communication est de contribuer à une meilleure compréhension des processus d'internationalisation des PME au travers d'une réflexion théorique sur le rôle des réseaux sociaux numériques (RSN). Plus précisément, cette recherche théorique a pour objectif de comprendre le rôle des RSN selon l'approche d'internationalisation adoptée par la PME : traditionnelle versus « born global ».
