Abstract
Este proyecto da respuesta a la necesidad que hay en San Alberto de generar una fuente de empleo para la población de manera rentable, de igual manera recuperar el oficio artesanal y satisfacer a la población femenina en el uso de cinturones y sandalias artesanales. La técnica macramé se emplea en infinidad de productos desde accesorios para la mujer como collares, pulseras, aretes, bolsos y ropa; de igual manera productos para la casa como tapetes, cortinas, sillas mecedoras colgantes, masetas etc. Este proyecto solo se enfocará en sandalias y cinturones. La gran ventaja es que no se tiene competencia directa en la comercialización y fabricación de sandalias y cinturones en macramé. La población manifiesta no encontrar dentro del municipio un establecimiento que comercialice este tipo específico de artesanía. Otro de los factores por el cual en el Municipio no se fabrica este tipo de productos artesanales, es que no se cuenta con mano de obra calificada. Actualmente hay una demanda de 16.238 unidades de sandalias y 18.029 cinturones. El proyecto será constituido como una sociedad por acciones simplificada, con un organigrama integrado por 3 cargos (4 artesanos, 1 secretaria, un gerente) incluyendo una persona por prestación de servicios. De acuerdo al estudio de factibilidad realizado en las diferentes etapas y en específico la evaluación financiera se puede decir que es viable para su puesta en marcha, requiriendo como costo de inversión un total de $ 70.449.369 en un periodo de recuperación de 4 años y 10 meses y con una tasa interna de retorno de 30.64%.
