Abstract
Descripción: La caficultura genera una gran cantidad de residuos, ya que solo se utiliza alrededor del 7 % del fruto del café para la preparación de la bebida. El resto se convierte en desechos que impactan negativamente el medio ambiente. En este proyecto se diseñó y construyo una máquina que transforma estos residuos en abono orgánico, este abono contiene nutrientes esenciales, lo que lo hace adecuado para ser reutilizado en los cultivos de café. De este modo, se reduce la dependencia de fertilizantes químicos, se mejora la sostenibilidad del cultivo y se minimiza el impacto ambiental de la producción de café.
