Abstract
El conflicto armado en Colombia ha ocasionado víctimas civiles y militares por accidentes con Minas Antipersonal (MAP), lo cual ha generado discapacidad permanente e implicaciones psicosociales para la víctima, su familia y comunidad, causando en la víctima un mayor esfuerzo para lograr su rehabilitación y, a su vez, creando infracciones al Derecho Internacional Humanitario y al Derecho Internacional de los Derechos Humanos. En el marco de las fuentes del derecho internacional y nacional, se encuentran medidas de reparación a las víctimas con ocasión del conflicto; entre estas medidas hay cinco componentes fundamentales: restitución, indemnización, rehabilitación, satisfacción y garantías de no repetición. En el marco del presente documento se plantea la estrategia de Rehabilitación Basada en Comunidad como alternativa de rehabilitación integral a las víctimas de MAP que residen en el sector rural. Lo anterior mediante un enfoque de investigación bimodal, en donde se realizó un análisis tendencial en el tema de estudio con el software Vantage Point, así como la caracterización del perfil individual, familiar, y socio demográfico de los participantes. A partir de la aplicación de instrumentos, se realizó el análisis y codificación de la información recolectada en el software N-Vivo, en donde se generaron nodos que fueron vitales en el diseño de estrategias de RBC, teniendo como directriz el enfoque basado en derechos humanos.
