Estratégias para a construção de territórios saudáveis e sustentáveis: revisão integrativa de literatura

Abstract
A noção de Territórios Saudáveis e Sustentáveis (TSS) foi gestada ao longo de vários eventos internacionais como o Relatório Lalonde (1974), a Declaração da Alma-Ata (1978), a Carta de Ottawa (1986), a 8ª Conferência Nacional de Saúde (1986) e a Constituição Federal do Brasil (1988), a Conferência da ONU sobre Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento (1992), a Cúpula do Milênio (2000), a Conferência da ONU Sobre Desenvolvimento Sustentável (2012). Se TSS é uma agenda internacional, que precisa ser adaptada a cada nação, como essa ideia tem se materializado no Brasil? Como as instituições e os atores locais têm se organizados para essa construção? Por esses questionamentos, este estudo objetiva analisar o conhecimento cientifico produzido sobre as estratégias para construir de territórios saudáveis e sustentáveis no Brasil no período de 2012 a 2022. Foi utilizada a metodologia de Revisão Integrativa, coletando textos na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) e Google Acadêmico, através dos termos territórios saudáveis e sustentáveis”, “comunidades saudáveis e sustentáveis”, “cidades saudáveis e sustentáveis” e “municípios saudáveis e sustentáveis”, totalizando 25 textos encontrados. A partir de um formulário, foram colhidos os seguintes resultados: a maioria dos textos foram de 2021 (n=6, 24%), da Revista Ciência e Saúde Coletiva (n=8, 32%), da área de saúde coletiva (n=14, 56%), da FIOCRUZ Brasília (n=21; 24,14%), de Médicos (n=7; 15,9%), com Mestrado em Saúde Pública (n=15; 36,5%) e Doutorado em Saúde Pública (n=12; 44,4%), Estudos de Caso (n=8; 32%), com a abordagem qualitativa (n=17; 68%), com palavras-chave sobre saúde (n=18, 25%), com objetivos que propunham avaliar Índices, Indicadores, Metodologias (N=9, 36%), em Comunidade/Território Específicos (n=16, 64%), com Conceitos de TSS fruto das conferências (n=6, 24%) e tendo Governança territorial local como principal estratégia (n=8, 32%).
