Abstract
L’adoption du concept d’intersectionnalité pose plusieurs enjeux pour le mouvement féministe québécois. Cette recherche explore une crise organisationnelle vécue par une table de concertation féministe autour de cette notion. À partir d’une approche de sensemaking et d’une analyse ventriloque, nous identifions trois figures mobilisées par les membres de l’organisation en entretiens soit : (1) l’ambiguïté comme levier de réappropriation du concept ; (2) la mission et les structures comme appuis à un positionnement organisationnel ; ainsi que (3) les traditions féministes mobilisées pour créer du sens autour du débat. L’identification de ces figures nous permet ainsi de mieux cerner le sensemaking des participantes autour de la crise.
