Abstract

Abstract. Pangandaran is one of the areas designated as a National Strategic Tourism Area (KSPN) in West Java Province based on Government Regulation No. 50 of 2011. As a coastal area, Pangandaran has unique natural and cultural potential, one of which is the fishing village located in Batukaras Tourism Village. However, the potential of the fishing village as a tourist area has not been optimally utilised. This study aims to assess the readiness of the Batukaras Fishing Village in Pangandaran District as a tourist destination within the Pangandaran KSPN. The qualitative analysis method used involves comparing the actual conditions of the Batukaras Fishing Village with the components and criteria of a tourist area to identify existing gaps. The analysis results indicate that the Batukaras Fishing Village largely meets the criteria for a tourist area. However, some criteria remain unmet, particularly regarding the non-homogeneous nature of the settlement. Additionally, the Batukaras Fishing Village lacks dock facilities, tourist transportation, and integrated tourist packages linking the fishing village with other tourist attractions in Pangandaran. Therefore, further research is needed on the planning of supporting tourism infrastructure in the Batukaras Fishing Village, particularly regarding settlement, dock facilities, transportation, and strategies for developing integrated tourism packages between the fishing village and other tourist attractions. No 50 Tahun 2011.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
