Abstract
Cette étude examine la gestion de la crise déclenchée par l’annonce de l’arrêt du financement de l’Université de l’Ontario français au cours de l’année 2018. La méthodologie, fondée sur une approche inductive, comprend l’analyse d’articles de presse ainsi que de la transcription d’entretiens réalisés auprès de 26 personnes ayant participé à la fondation de cette université. Les résultats révèlent une crise multidimensionnelle qui a évolué dans le temps, marquée par des tensions internes et externes. Le leadership de la présidente a joué un rôle prépondérant dans la résolution de la crise. Cette étude s’inscrit dans le courant de recherches qui, au sein des études portant sur l’enseignement supérieur, s’intéressent à la gestion de crise.
