Bibliographic record
Abstract
-- ABTRACT : The aim of this research is to analyse integration practices for culturally diverse employees in Algerian organisations, using the study of the Quebec model to shed light on the challenges and levers of inclusion specific to the North African context. The methodology adopted is based on autopraxeography, through the reflexive analysis of four professional experiences in Quebec and Algeria. This approach made it possible to identify obstacles, adaptation strategies and good practices in both contexts. The results show that in Algeria, integration remains hampered by informal practices, hierarchical centralisation and a lack of inclusive policies. Quebec, on the other hand, favours individualised measures focusing on skills and autonomy, but this approach can lead to isolation if it is not supported by collective mechanisms. Hence the importance of a hybrid model, combining human support and the development of individual career paths. The research also highlights the crucial role of human resources, organisational policies and leadership in creating inclusive and equitable working environments. It stresses the need to place people at the heart of organisational dynamics. In conclusion, this study proposes concrete ways of adapting certain Quebec practices to the Algerian context, in order to strengthen inclusion and organisational performance in the Maghreb countries. -- Mot(s) clé(s) en anglais : cultural diversity, cultural diversity management, organisational inclusion, professional integration, human resources management, intercultural management, organisational transformation, inclusive leadership.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.

machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
