Dans ce travail, on étudie deux types d’échangeurs géothermiques destinés pour la ventilation des locaux et bâtiment. Dans un premier temps, on présente la pompe à chaleur géothermique et l’intérêt d’utiliser le sol comme source de chaleur chaude ou froide pour subvenir aux besoins en chaleur et en froid. La présente d’étude a pour objectif de dimensionner et de sélectionner un système de ventilation garantissant une température adéquate pour un confort thermique. L’objectif était d’étudier le flux de l’air insufflé dans deux géométries (tube en U, puits canadien) pour obtenir une ventilation efficace. Le système d’équations aux dérivées partielles qui régit le problème (conservation de la masse, de la quantité de mouvement et de l’énergie) est résolu numériquement par la méthode des volumes finis. Le modèle de turbulence utilisé est le modèle k-epsilon. Les résultats de la simulation sont : la vitesse, la pression, l’énergie cinétique et la distribution de la température.
