Abstract
Dans le cadre d’évaluer et mettre en avant la recherche maritime en Algérie, ainsi que de préserver le milieu marin nous intervenons avec un équipement de recherche maritime bioclimatique en intégrant les principes du développement durable. La projection de ce projet a été faite dans la zone d’expansion touristique « ZET »de BOUZEDJAR en intégrant les cibles de la démarche HQE. Ce choix a été fait en raison de son potentiel inexploité, cette région offre une richesse d’espèces marines et de paysages naturelles d’une beauté incontournable. Ce centre de recherche sera une entité avec une diversité fonctionnelle (des laboratoires de recherche, des aquariums qui vise à créer un divertissement touristique et une formation pédagogique maritime durant toute l’année ainsi que des clubs et d’espaces d’exposition qui vont contribuer à la sensibilisation.
