Abstract
la viticulture en Algérie est dominée par le vignoble de table et de raisin sec, concentré principalement dans les régions du nord du pays. recherche est motivée par l'intérêt grandissant pour la culture de la vigne en pergola, en particulier dans la région de Oued Lakhdar. C’est dans ce contexte que notre étude est menée sur la productivité de certains cépages comme le Cardinal, l’Alphanse lavalée, Michèle Palièrie, le Muscat d’Italie et le Red Globe. De là, on a fait une estimation de rendement de la région d’étude (30 317 kg/ha) qualitative et quantitative de chaque cépage et conclu les facteurs influençant le rendement.
