Abstract
La Casbah d'Alger représente un centre historique de l'humanité elle est le résultat de la superposition de plusieurs strate historiques qui témoignent de plusieurs époques mais l'évolution de la ville a engendré un enclavement de cette Médine et par la suite elle est devenu un véritable enclos au sein de la métropole algérien Dans notre réflexion on a essayé de résoudre le problème de l'enclavement de la zone qui se trouve sur les abord de cette médina à travers de multitude opération urbaine qui s'appuient sur la réconciliation de la base Casbah avec son port ,et la revitalisation des relations physique est fonctionnelle entre les deux entités afin de désenclaver et réintégrer le secteur dans la dynamique urbaine de la capitale algérienne
