Abstract
الملخص: شكلت التطورات السريعة والهامة التي يشهدها الاقتصاد العالمي و التحولات العميقة التي تعيشها الصناعة المالية والمصرفية عوامل بالغة التأثير على السياسات الاقتصادية من جانب تحقيق نمو اقتصادي مستقر. على هذا الأساس حاولت هذه الدراسة بحث دور السياسة النقدية ومدى فعاليتها في الوصول إلى الأهداف الرئيسية للاقتصاد ، حيث قسمت هذه الدراسة إلى ثلاث فصول،ففي الفصل الأول نتطرق إلى السياسة النقدية بمفهومها العام وفي الفصل الثاني نتناول النمو الاقتصادي،وفي الفصل الثالث نتناول السياسة النقدية و أثرها على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر من سنة 2014-1990، حيث توصلنا إلى أن اثر السياسة النقدية نسبي على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، وان واضعي هذه السياسة لا يتخذون النمو الاقتصادي كهدف رئيسي،وبالتالي فان السياسة النقدية لم تعطى دورها الكامل في بناء الاقتصاد الجزائري. Abstract: Formed a rapid and important developments in the global economy and the profound changes experienced by the financial and banking industry is highly influential on the economic policies of particular countries by achieving stable economic growth factors . On this basis, I tried this study examined the role of monetary policy and its effectiveness in reaching the main objectives of the economy, where the study was divided into three chapters. In the first chapter we address the monetary policy general sense In the second chapter we address economic growth, and in the third quarter we address monetary policy and its impact on economic growth in the Algeria of the year 1990-2014, where we determined that the impact of monetary policy relative to economic growth in Algeria, and that the authors of this policy does not make economic growth as the primary goal, and therefore, the monetary policy has not given a full role in the construction of the Algerian economy. Résumé: Formé d'une évolution rapide et importante dans l'économie mondiale et les changements profonds vécus par l'industrie financière et bancaire est très influent sur les politiques économiques des pays en particulier en réalisant des facteurs de croissance économique stable . Sur cette base, j'ai essayé cette étude a examiné le rôle de la politique monétaire et de son efficacité pour atteindre les principaux objectifs de l'économie, où l'étude a été divisée en trois chapitres. Dans le premier chapitre, nous abordons la politique monétaire de façon générale Dans le second chapitre, nous abordons la croissance économique, et dans le troisième trimestre, nous abordons la politique monétaire et son impact sur la croissance économique dans l'Algérie de l'année 1990-2014, où nous avons déterminé que l'impact de la politique monétaire par rapport à la croissance économique en Algérie, et que les auteurs de cette politique ne fait pas la croissance économique comme objectif principal, et par conséquent, la politique monétaire n'a pas donné pleinement son rôle dans la construction de l'économie algérienne.
