Ce mémoire se concentre sur la classification des images de boîtes d'emballage en utilisant le Deep Learning. Pour ce faire, un système de classification et de détection d'images a été créé en utilisant un réseau de neurones convolutifs (CNN). L'implémentation du programme a été réalisée sur Google Colab avec un accélérateur GPU pour accélérer les calculs mathématiques. Le programme utilise une série de cellules pour classifier la nature de boites (défectueuse/non défectueuse). Pour que cette solution puisse être intégrée sur le terrain, des modificat ions doivent être apportées pour qu'elle puisse traiter un grand nombre de boites en temps réel à l'aide de caméras industrielles. Les résultats de la classification ont été satisfaisants avec une précision supérieure à 90%. Des techniques de prétraitement d'image ont également été appliquées pour améliorer la qualité des images avant l'entraînement du modèle. Enfin, les notions et définitions de base du domaine du Deep Learning ont été exposées, ce qui permet une meilleure compréhension de l'approche adoptée dans ce travail de recherche.
