Abstract
En este capítulo, abordo los principales postulados de la constitución comunicativa de la organización (en adelante CCO), desde los aportes de la escuela de Montreal, para mostrar las ventajas que presenta el entender las dinámicas organizacionales desde un punto de vista comunicacional que privilegia el discurso. Para ello, tomo ejemplos extraídos de una investigación realizada en torno al tema de la colaboración interorganizacional en la implementación de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible en Costa Rica. Este capítulo está organizado de la siguiente manera, primero, desarrollo las bases teóricas de la CCO, según la Escuela de Montreal. Luego, explico la teoría del texto y conversación de James Taylor y Elizabeth Van Every (2000), así como los aportes de François Cooren (2004, 2006, 2010) en relación con la agencia textual y la ventriloquía organizacional. Por último, analizo un extracto del caso de la implementación de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) en Costa Rica a partir de este marco teórico.
