Annotated transcription of pleadings in the English Court of Chancery, c.1506 between two merchants involved in the 'Company Adventurers to the Newfoundland'. The annotated transcription (c.2000 words) is preceded by a 5,000-word introduction discussing the pleadings and the plaintiffs.
