Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with establishment and activities of the International Training Center (WNU SUP), which operates within the state-owned company DIAMO. In first chapter there is a introduction of the uranium mining in Czech Republic in general and after that specifically in the Liberec region. Subsequent chapters are focused on describing the activities of the training center, which organizes events and courses for foreign employees of companies working with uranium. Course participants visit the training center primarly because it is a unique Organization, and also due to the unparalleled expertise of the experts who gained their knowledge directly from practise. Course participants mainly come from countries that actively mine uranium ore or prepare mining operations. This primarly involves cooperation with Kazachstan, canada, Australia and Germany.
