Abstract
Marlene Wind har udtalt sig om Danmarks position i debatten om Den Europæiske Menneskerettighedsdomstols afgørelse om familiesammenføring. Wind påpeger, at vi danskere - fordi vi i højere grad har flertalsdemokrati end konstitutionelt demokrati i Danmark - mener, at parlamentet er hævet over domstole og andre institutioner - og derfor har svært ved at acceptere EU's indgreb i denne sag.
