Dette i forbindelse med EU-topmødet i Estlands hovedstad Talinn bliver første skridt mod et nyt EU.<br/><br/>Professoren uddybede ved at påpege, at det er nu de første planer om et EU efter Brexit bliver lagt.<br/><br/>Interviewet blev bragt i flere medier.
