Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In the Czech Republic, apple trees are the most cultivated fruit trees. The quality of the fruit and the yield depend on the natural conditions, location and protection, which is applied to the pests and diseases. The thesis contains a list and description of viral, bacterial and fungal pathogens, cause diseases. In two places with different natural conditions, seasonal interventions, protection, were evaluated the major fungal pathogens of apple trees (Venturia inaequalis, Podosphaera leucotricha, Monilinia fructigena) on the varieties ´Idared´, ´Ontario´, ´Rubín´, ´Spartan´. The variety 'Spartan' had the largest infection of leaves and fruits by pathogen Venturia inaequalis in both places. In Moravské Budějovice, the middle class of occurrence had only the variety 'Spartan', in Šumná all of varieties. 'Spartan' variety had a strong class of occurrence in the fruit too. The attack by agent of the apple powdery mildew had the highest rate for variety 'Idared' in Moravské Budějovice and Šumná. Monilium rot of apples most affected the variety 'Spartan', which is prone for apple scab and monilius. In both localities, there was a weak class of 'Idared', a strong class of 'Spartan'.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
