Neue Studien zeigen aber, dass auch duale<br/>Berufsausbildung einen positiven Einfluss auf Innovationen in Betrieben<br/>ausübt. Qualifizierte Facharbeiter stellen im Innovationsprozess eine<br/>wichtige Brücke zwischen F&E und Produktion dar, und die Ausbildung<br/>transferiert innovationsrelevantes Know-how in ausbildende Betriebe
