Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on motor skills and cognition within rehabilitation of patients after covid-19 disease. The main objective was to evaluate the results of rehabilitation program of the clinic of rehabilitation in University Hospital Královské Vinohrady. Methods: 10 individuals were chosen after severe course of disease covid-19. With those patients I made a survey using COVID-19 Pandemic Mental Health Questionnaire (CoPaQ). I chose to evaluate the first part of questionnaire which informs us about health conditions of patients and their closest ones while also informing us about their psychosocial situation. After that I have collected basic information about patients which was in health documentation. Input and output data available about most patients included: saturation of oxygen, respiratory amplitude, Berg Balance Scale, Barthel Index and modified Functional Independence Measure. Results of the Montreal Cognitive Assesment are also involved into this thesis. Results of the initial and exit examination were mutually compared in order to evaluate the effects of the rehabilitation program. A part of a survey was also evaluated.
