Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Phylogenetic analysis of G. rostochiensis pathotypes. A. A maximum likelihood phylogeny based on 730,705 genome wide SNPs. Two distinct groups of Ro1 are together separated from Ro2, Ro3, Ro4 and Ro5. Node labels indicate bootstrap support values for 100 iterations. B. Principle component analysis (PCA) based on the same dataset suggest that for pathotype Ro1, intra-pathotype variation is similar to inter-pathotype variation. REF Ro1 = Reference strain Ro1 assembly, MAR149 Ro1 = British Columbia, QC Ro1 = Quebec, Ro19 Ro1 = European, NFLD Ro1 = Newfoundland, SCRI_Ro2, SCRI_Ro3, SCRI_Ro4, SCRI_Ro5 are pathotype populations from the James Hutton Institute collection. Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
