Abstract

El propósito del presente trabajo de grado es plantear una propuesta pedagógica que fortalezca las competencias interpersonales del trabajo en equipo, manejo de conflictos, comunicación asertiva y liderazgo de los docentes. Estas competencias se consideran que son importantes para desempeñarse exitosamente en el ámbito personal, académico y laboral (Arias, Hincapié, & Paredes, 2020). La investigación utilizó el enfoque mixto con un diseño no experimental de tipo descriptivo. La población investigada la conforman 11 docentes de distintos niveles académicos, preescolar, básica primaria y equipo directivo a los cuales se les aplicó 4 cuestionarios estructurados en escala de Likert. Dichos instrumentos fueron validados por expertos externos y evaluados en su confiabilidad.
