Abstract
Processes of international migration are a major component of contemporary socio-economic and cultural patterns of development. Legislative regulation of migration legislation using borrowing provisions acceptable to the Russian legislation will allow consolidation of not only rights but duties mainly thus should change the consciousness of workers and boost their moral status in the eyes of the Russians.
