Abstract
Over the years, Dr Shieryl Jones had worked at top universities in the UK, Canada and Australia and her current position was Vice-Chancellor at The University of Northern Australia. It was now June 2023 and there was still much to do. However, a potential disruptive technology, ChatGPT, had quickly surfaced towards the end of 2022. This was first evidenced when faculty had suspected that undergraduate students had used ChatGPT to 'generate' their individual assignments. She decided to form a Working Party Think-Tank from across the university to consider the potential implications. This is a fictitious case study but it is based upon actual events which are currently occurring and evolving within universities.
