Abstract
Ces fiches explicatives, élaborées par le Groupe d'experts en préservation numérique de Scholaris (GEPN-S), offrent une introduction pratique à la préservation numérique dans le contexte des dépôts institutionnels et communiquent la valeur de ce travail aux différentes parties prenantes de votre institution. Le GEPN-S a créé ces ressources en réponse à l'intérêt manifesté par la communauté canadienne des dépôts pour obtenir des conseils visant à favoriser une compréhension commune de la préservation numérique. Les explications sont conçues pour être flexibles et adaptables aux institutions qui représentent plusieurs niveaux de préparation à la préservation, notamment en matière de connaissances et de compétences, de personnel, de politiques, de flux de travail, et plus encore. Les renseignements présentés sont basés sur les commentaires recueillis dans le cadre de notre Enquête sur l'évaluation des besoins en matière de préservation numérique.
