La créativité : une ressource pour les territoires fragilisés.Le cas du PTCE Sud Archer à Romans-sur-Isère.

Abstract
Voir les choses autrement, s’ouvrir à la différence, imaginer de nouvelles mises en relation entre des acteurs du territoire a priori différents pourrait redynamiser des activités, voire des territoires. Pour vérifier cette hypothèse, nous étudions le cas du Pôle Territorial de Coopération Économique (PTCE) de Romans-sur-Isère. En effet, les nouvelles organisations, créées grâce au PTCE Sud Archer, à la SAS Groupe Archer ainsi qu’à l’inventivité, la créativité et à la ténacité des acteurs, permettent aujourd’hui un début de renaissance de l’industrie romanaise. Nous concluons au fait que si pour Pink (2007) la créativité permet aux pays occidentaux de se réinventer face aux pays à bas coût de main-d’œuvre, l’expérience du PTCE Sud Archer et de son entreprise de territoire montrent que la créativité peut aussi être mise au service des relocalisations d’activités, revitalisant ainsi des territoires en perte de vitesse.
