Abstract
Resumo: Ao investigar a arquitetura industrial paulistana nas duas primeiras décadas do século XX – inventariando as obras mais relevantes e buscando, sobre as mesmas, informações documentais em acervos públicos – deparamo-nos com a inesperada referência a Victor Dubugras como autor de um conjunto de armazéns no bairro da Mooca. Esta comunicação pretende analisar o projeto destes armazéns no contexto da obra de Victor Dubugras. O resgate deste projeto também deverá contribuir para a valorização da arquitetura industrial paulista e para a conscientização sobre a importância de sua preservação. Abstract: In study about the industrial architecture in São Paulo, between the end of century XIX and beginning of century XX, we find documents with the signature of Victor Dubugras as author of a compound of warehouses in the quarter of the Mooca. This article intends to study this project in the context of the architectural production of Victor Dubugras. The study of this project also it will contribute for the valuation of the São Paulo industrial architecture and for the awareness about the importance of its preservation.
