Abstract
現在、紡糸業界などでは高強度繊維化による極細繊維、機械業界では耐摩耗性に優れるシール剤など、産業界からプラスチック材料の高強炭化に対する要望が高い。以上の高強度材料開発には、化学的手法の他に高結晶化/モルフォロジー制御という物理的手法も必要不可欠であり、様々な方法が考えられている。本研究では、低コストで高結晶化実現を目指すべく生成初期の溶融状態での流れのコントロールを行うことで、この絡み合い状態の制御の可能性を模索する。
