fetched live from OpenAlex

[Abstract] In this paper, Part 1 gives a general overview of the UK's relationship with France, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and other countries in Continental Europe. Part 2 considers the causes of Brexit. Part 3 considers how much the UK will need to increase trade with foreign nations to minimize the effect of Brexit. In other words, it will consider the FTA it has with the EU, the EPA it has with Japan, the FTA it has with the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other member countries of the former British Empire, and additionally the UK entry into the TTP. Part 4 considers the policies in the latest Japan-UK EPA regarding electronic commerce, a corner stone of Japan’s foreign trade policy, and also thought during trade negotiations with the EU and the USA as well to be extremely important. Part 5 considers the trade negotiations that the UK needs to undertake immediately to compensate for its losses due to Brexit.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
