The 42nd International Symposium on Automation and Robotics in Construction (ISARC2025) was held from July 28‒31, 2025 in Montreal, Canada. The author participated in this conference and presented our research through an oral presentation. The presentation was about optimizing excavation using a greedy algorithm for automating pneumatic caisson construction. Specifically, we proposed a method for optimizing the excavation process using the greedy algorithm and reported that we achieved the same construction speed as actual construction using experiments with actual machines.
