Abstract
Malgré les avantages de la formation à distance (FAD) en matière de flexibilité et d’accessibilité, les environnements numériques d’apprentissage (ENA) restent souvent rigides et déconnectés des pratiques d’apprentissage des personnes étudiantes. Pour dépasser cette limite, nous avons conçu le GENérateur d’eSpace PRivé de Travail (GENeSPRIT), un dispositif intégré permettant aux personnes apprenantes de créer et de gérer leurs propres environnements personnels d’apprentissage (EPA). Cette recherche, inscrite dans une épistémologie didactique clinique, explore comment le rapport au numérique peut devenir un levier pour différencier les pratiques d’apprentissage dans un ENA novateur. Les résultats obtenus permettent de repérer des profils singuliers de personnes apprenantes et d’envisager une personnalisation accrue de la formation. Ils ouvrent la voie à la formalisation de pistes heuristiques pour la conception d’une nouvelle génération d’ENA adaptatifs, mieux alignés avec les besoins des personnes étudiantes.
