Abad kedua puluh satu menampilkan kemajuan dalam semua aspek kehidupan manusia. Keterampilan yang tepat diperlukan untuk menghadapi tantangan global, transformasi digital, kolaborasi yang lebih kuat, kreativitas yang meningkat, mencari sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, dan adaptasi yang cepat terhadap perubahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana nilai-nilai Pancasila, yang berfungsi sebagai fondasi negara, membentuk keterampilan yang diperlukan di abad ke-21. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka. Hasil Penelitian Keterampilan Abad ke-21 berbasis Pancasila menjadi pilar utama dalam membimbing individu menuju pengembangan diri yang holistik dan berkontribusi pada kehidupan masyarakat yang adil dan harmonis sesuai dengan arahan butir-butir Pancasila. Kesimpulan keterampilan Abad ke-21 berlandaskan Pancasila menjadi dasar yang kokoh, memastikan bahwa individu tidak hanya unggul secara intelektual tetapi juga membawa dampak positif pada lingkungan sekitar, mencerminkan pentingnya nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam menghadapi dinamika kompleks era saat ini.
