Repenser les dispositifs internes de traitement des conflits interpersonnels survenant au sein d’équipes de travail, à l’aune de la qualification et de l’analyse des attentes et des besoins aussi bien individuels, collectifs que organisationnels, révélés à l’occasion d’une large étude réalisée sur des terrains organisationnels diversifiés en termes d’effectifs, de structures juridiques ou d’activités, localisés de plus en France, en Suisse et au Québec. L’étude des données collectées lors d’entretiens semi directifs, de consultations en ligne, d’études internes, en parallèle d’une expérience in vivo, a permis d’asseoir la conception d’un modèle multi-factoriel d’appréciation des situations conflictuelles intra-organisationnelles d’une part, et d’élaborer un référentiel de traitement des conflits interpersonnels au regard des finalités révélées à l’issue de notre travail de recherche d’autre part, à destination de toute organisation désireuse de prévenir, réguler ou résoudre les conflits interpersonnels qui émergent en son sein.
