La perception du succès des dirigeants roumains dans le contexte post-crise : une approche par le modele kaleidoscope La perception de la réussite des dirigeants roumains post-pandémiques a été influencée aux niveaux personnel, organisationnel et sociétal, en plus de l'influence des événements choquants sur les carrières et les trajectoires de carrière (Akkermans et al., 2020 ; Hite et McDonald, 2020). La dynamique des dimensions de la carrière de Kaléidoscope (Maineiro, 2005), l'authenticité, l'équilibre et le défi, sont étudiées à travers de multiples éléments d'originalité : période post-pandémique, géographie inexplorée, culture nationale et population cible. Des éléments innovants sont identifiés : la pandémie est enregistrée comme une opportunité pour un développement personnel et un engagement sociétal accrus, un changement d'attitude au travail, confirmant une authenticité constante et des dimensions de défi comme caractéristiques des leaders, et un besoin accru d'équilibre vers la fin de carrière, ainsi que des différences insignifiantes entre les sexes aux niveaux de direction. L'amélioration du modèle de carrière Kaleidoscope avec des modèles et une dimension post-pandémiques locaux, ainsi qu'une méthodologie de recherche qualitative flexible, représentent des contributions théoriques, en plus d'informations pragmatiques pour les stratèges, les praticiens et les régulateurs. Les limites sont également des recommandations pour des combinaisons plus ciblées et affinées de tous les paramètres de recherche démographiques et de ressources humaines, pour d'autres résultats spécifiques de ce modèle de carrière contextuel et sensible au genre (Koekemoer et Crafford, 2019).
