Au-delà de la modernité juridiquePresses universitaires Saint-Louis Bruxelles, Collection générale 152, 2019, 231 pages.Ce livre est tiré, comme l'indique sa préface, de l'ouvrage « Legalità », publié, en 2013, en langue italienne 1 1 , mis à jour, remanié et étoffé pour cette version en français.L'intérêt de Massimo Vogliotti pour la question de la légalité et plus largement pour celle de la modernité (ou postmodernité) juridique, est, en effet, ancien, et, pour notre plus grand avantage, nombre de ses contributions en la matière sont en langue française.Je ne citerai que l'article publié dans cette revue, en 2002, intitulé Mutations dans le champ pénal contemporain.Vers un droit pénal en réseau 2 2 , et, pour les autres, renverrai le lecteur à la bibliographie de l'ouvrage ici commenté.
