Abstract
Les audiences par visioconférence de personnes privées de liberté est un sujet d'actualité qui a fait l'objet de plusieurs décisions de justice ces dernières années. Si l'usage de la visioconférence a été plusieurs fois commenté et critiqué concernant les personnes placées en détention provisoire, la situation des demandeurs d'asiles en rétention, également privés de liberté, a jusqu'à présent peu intéressé la doctrine. La vulnérabilité de ces publics devrait pourtant les rassembler et questionner de manière générale la conformité de l'usage de la visioconférence aux droits fondamentaux.
