Abstract
Las relaciones paradiplomáticas entre Quebec y México han tenido un impacto significativo en el ámbito económico, educativo y cultural ya que fomentan una dinámica colaborativa que funge como eje de cooperación descentralizada entre ambas naciones. Los autores rastrean al t-mec como pieza clave en el mutuo desarrollo e innovación, destacando sectores como el aeroespacial, de transporte, energía y turismo. Además, la presencia continua de programas que fomenten y enriquezcan el aprendizaje intercultural con el fin de crear comunidades transnacionales. Del mismo modo, se han promovido iniciativas en temas relacionados con la investigación y la cultura orientadas a la juventud, con perspectiva de igualdad de género y desarrollo sustentable. Estos intercambios sientan las bases para una colaboración más estrecha a futuro puesto que es necesario mantener un panorama estratégico que permita aprovechar las nuevas tecnologías en el marco de una creciente economía digital.
