Abstract
O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar uma leitura político-teológica sobre o trabalho numa “racionalidade neoliberal” e imaginar saídas a essa forma de vida. Nesta leitura, a partir de Dardot, Laval e Han, compreende-se que há um modo de existência no neoliberalismo que se centra numa subjetivação do “empreendedor de si mesmo”. Com este cenário, a hipótese assumida é que o sábado, pela ausência do fazer produtivo, é um conceito potente e interessante diante da fuga dessa lógica. Como uma suspeita, este texto ainda sinaliza que algumas práticas políticas, como determinadas teologias da libertação, que desejam realizar uma crítica teológica ao “mundo do trabalho” capitalista, podem exercer o mesmo esquema, com a busca por uma “ética do trabalho” eficiente. O texto apresenta, por fim, uma breve reflexão que se depara com a seguinte questão: diante do neoliberalismo, escaparemos dos desejos tristes do trabalho?
