Abstract
En este documento se presenta el proyecto realizado en la comunidad San Pedro Valencia que tuvo el objetivo de mejorar la administración de restaurantes y agregar platillos a su menú para generar más utilidades. Se trabajó con los restaurantes El Mirador y El Chayo en la mejora de los controles financieros y administrativos, así como en el cálculo de pérdidas y ganancias de acuerdo al costo de producción del platillo y el precio de venta en ambos restaurantes.
