Abstract
Determinar los factores asociados a la actitud frente a la deprescripción en adultos mayores frágiles atendidos en el Hospital II San Isidro Labrador durante el año 2024. Materiales y métodos :Se trata de una investigación observacional, transversal y analítica, en la que se utilizará el cuestionario validado rPATD para evaluar la actitud frente a la deprescripción. Se analizarán factores sociodemográficos, clínicos y relacionados al uso de medicamentos. Conclusión: Se espera identificar factores específicos que influyen significativamente en la actitud frente a la deprescripción, para aportar evidencia útil para diseñar intervenciones que promuevan un uso racional de medicamentos, centradas en la seguridad y el bienestar del adulto mayor.
